Get Out Of the Heat Mountain Ride

Stop in to Avanlache Harley Davidson between 11am and Noon to get some BBQ during AHD's Red, White and BBQ event.   After a bite to eat,  let's take a ride up high into the cool Colorado Mountains.  Roar from Golden over to US 285 out to Grant.  Then, rumble up Guanella Pass for a photo-op.  The coast down to scenic Georgetown.  Take the side roads to Idaho Springs.  But why just head back to Denver?   No, we'll go back up over Sqaw Pass through Bergen Park before going to Golden.  July 6th is the GOLDEN SUPER CRUISE.  The ride will end rollling up South Golden Road as the cruise night starts at 5pm.   Perhaps, we have a supper at the Sonic or Tequila's Family Mexican restraurant. 

Meet up:  11-am to NOON July 6 @ Avalanche Harley Davidson, 18425 W. Colfax Ave, Golden, Co  Preride; 12:15pm.  KSU:12:30   KSD: about 4-5pm

Alcohol consumption before or during a motorcycling activity is not safe, responsible behavior. Denver Chapter #3188 does not allow the use of alcohol or drugs before or during a riding event* and does not furnish alcohol at Chapter rides. Riders whose skills are observed or suspected to be impaired by alcohol or drugs before riding cannot join the ride. Riders using alcohol or drugs while riding will be asked to leave the ride. It is the responsibility of each Template Chapter member to support the consistent enforcement of this policy
